Loose rock and moon dust feel like ice and snow in the corners. Rain is coming and that will help settle the trails back into a less slippery state. While the Ripmo and I wait for the binding power of water to work magic on our worn, beaten, beloved dirt strip we’ll pause to herald the beginning of the most colorful time of the year.
If you climb high enough the trees are starting to turn colors. Bits of Millville are torn up thanks to our four legged beef producing friends. I was kind of OK with that since it gave me a couple of chances to walk a few feet and let me heart rate settle before once again red lining it to the heart attack zone. Even with
With the Ripmo demanding more of my time I’ve ignored the path to Porcupine Dam. This morning the pull to return to the south end of the valley was strong. The ride – Porcupine Dam The bike – Time VRS Fluidity
Just barely made it into Providence Canyon before I had to run home for Saturday events. Serves me right for not waking up earlier. The ride – Providence Canyon The bike – Ibis Ripmo
Doing the rounds in Providence Canyon. The last few ups grind on my brain and make my legs cry a bit but the rewards of the down silence any bodily complaints. The ride – Providence Canyon The bike – Ibis Ripmo

It’s a nice participation trophy for those of us that just can’t seem to go fast enough to make the KOM leader board. The Ride – Providence Canyon The bike – Ibis
Got stung by a bee. Stopped to pick out the stinger. Took a photo of some Llamas. Got stopped by phone calls. Lot’s of stopping and a little bit of climbing today. The ride – Paradise The bike – Time VRS Fluidity
It’s like a green Fall. I’m sure the colors are coming. For now the carpets of green are pretty impressive. The ride – Green Canyon The bike – Ibis Ripmo
