Broke a spoke had to cruise on back home
It’s been a while but the Ripmo incurred a minor injury at the beginning of the climb on our second loop at the top. With a very loud clang a rear spoke gave up on life. Luckily we were climbing and able to stop quickly preventing the broken spoke from lodging against the disc brake or into the frame. I wrapped the dangling offender around
Slipping it in to slip in the dirt
Fallen leafs and wet rocks make for a surprisingly slippery trail. The colors have hit the ground but are still beautiful. They make for a slippery experience with the hidden rocks kicking the Ripmo and I around the trail. Desolation of the Ents
Forgot my water and had to turn around. Riding up the River Trail there were cones and caution tape indicating that someone clearly did not want company on the path. I ended up on the road to by pass the tree trimmers. I use trimmer loosely as on the way back I rode until I came across the trimming team and had to turn around.
