New bridge, new trail, same Providence

There’s a new bridge going in in Providence. The current bridge is fine but instead of building new trails or clearing some existing ones the Forrest Service has the need to randomly show up and throw off the flow that a lot of volunteers have perfected over years of hard work. Morning storms pushed me to do a lunch ride. The sweat dripping from my helmet reminded me that early morning summer rides are more pleasant and humidity 100% affects performance. The Forrest Service was hard at work putting in a new bridge and refurbishing the trail. The placement of the new bridge is going to mess up the trail flow but maybe that’s intended. The
