My Assegais have seen better days so it was time for new ones. I always forget how nice and grippy new tires are. There’s a new bridge going in in Providence. The current bridge is fine but instead of building new trails or clearing some existing ones the Forrest Service has the need to randomly show up and throw off the flow that a lot of volunteers have perfected over years of hard work. Morning storms pushed me to do a lunch ride. The sweat dripping from my helmet reminded me that early morning summer rides are more pleasant and humidity 100% affects performance.
