Zwift – Warm up in Makuri then trying to hang on with 3R

Riding with a group pushes you to do better than if you are just cruising along on your own. The 3R group on Zwift is a great group to join if you want to push harder and get better. At least I keep hoping all the sweat and pain will lead me to get better.
