This was miserable but I’m sure it will be worth it when I see all the “gain”. (Never happens for me). I’m still not sure my trainer behaves correctly in these training rides on Zwift. It applies so much resistance that I can barely move the pedals then when I get up to a reasonable cadence it drops most of the resistance. However, if I drop the cadence for whatever reason all of a sudden I can barely move it again.
