Birch is not close to my house and so I almost never ride it. I felt the need to tackle it at least one time this season and today being a Friday and my legs still being week it was the perfect opportunity. It’s not a hard or especially technical ride. I clocked 5 miles top to bottom. Nothing was so strenuous that I couldn’t just pedal slower. It’s a perfect MTB recovery trail.
