I’m lazy and I hate pain. It’s really easy to get on the trainer and just spin. There aren’t any bumps, technical bits or core-trashing balance moments like there are in mountain biking. The isn’t any wind or road vibration like there is on a road bike. However, there are group rides and training rides that make you sweat and leaving you wishing you could vomit. In the name of not being a out of shape slob in the Spring I’m trying to commit to more of the painful vomit rides.
