It’s -15F outside so I’m back on the trainer. I finished Stage 7 with burned up legs and a two speed bike when rear derailleur gave out leaving me with just the front two rings. I felt like I was holding my own until I hit the hills and lost position grinding away in a high gear. I’ll count it as a good training day. Equipment does fail and you have to be ready for all the things.
