No matter what gearing you choose Zwift will adjust your trainer so that you match what it is recommending as closely as possible. If you stop pedaling for any reason it will turn the resistance on the trainer as
It was a beautiful, sunny day so I took the opportunity to suffer the climb up the road to the top of the quarry and then to the waterfall. The views were spectacular. The air was brisk.
