Woke up in the darkness to take my son to a school trip thing. A nasty pain in my back woke me up before the sun. Unable to return to the blissful serenity of sleep I threw on some stretchy pants. Since I finished the A and C routes yesterday I picked the B route today. The ride – Zwift The bike – Trek Madone 6.9
So nice I rode it twice. Actually I rode the A and then the C version. I’ll pick up B tomorrow. I’ve been out of the saddle for a week now. It’s nice to be back on the bike even if the only wind is a fan and the scenery is really just a bunch of 1s and 0s. The ride – Zwift The bike
