I was lucky and managed a bit of a warm up ride before the stage started. Without that I fall apart. With it, I die slowly. I try to ride with some group when I’m on Zwift or else I get lazy and just kind of roll along. Today was a hold 240 watts for 10 minutes day. I have to admit that I haven’t been feeling strong for a while. I wish I could blame it on something like Covid but it’s really me being lazy and eating too much
