The Bianchi’s new tires were almost perfect. The rear tire was slightly too wide for the frame so I had to order a slightly more narrow version. It was totally the shop’s mistake but as always I got to pay for it. The ride – Logan River Trail The bike – Bianchi Cavaria
Put new tires on the Bianchi and despite the threatening of rain I was compelled to try it out on my traditional Bianchi ride in Logan Canyon. I was rewarded by amazing views, perfect temperatures and hten a hail storm that left me covered in tiny red welts. Good times! The ride – Logan River Trail The bike – Bianchi Cavaria
Short but fun and colorful ride with the boys. The ride – Logan River Trail The bike – Ibis Ripmo
Forgot my water and had to turn around. Riding up the River Trail there were cones and caution tape indicating that someone clearly did not want company on the path. I ended up on the road to by pass the tree trimmers. I use trimmer loosely as on the way back I rode until I came across the trimming team and had to turn around.
A couple of deer were just chillin’ on the canal trail that I ride to get to Logan Canyon. The ride – Logan Canyon River Trail The bike – Bianchi Cavaria
When I get on a light mountain bike I feel like I’m riding a rocket. My recent test of the Pivot Mach 4 SL reminded me of how fun a short travel, light mountain bike can be. Then I get on the Bianchi and I remember what a light, rocket really feels like. Coming in at a svelte 16.5 pounds with a bit of wattage
I could not drag my butt out of bed this morning. There are consequences to laziness. In the summer being baked by the Utah sun is my punishment. Of course, the beauty of Logan Canyon is the reward. The ride – Logan River Trail The bike – Bianchi Cavaria
With clouds heavy in the sky I pedaled out knowing I would be wet. The ride – Logan River Trail The bike – Bianchi Cavaria
The pure beauty of Logan Canyon override my body’s inability to produce any meaningful energy or speed. Some days are just a weak day. The ride – Logan River Trail The bike – Bianchi Cavaria
