I was starting my second climb up the loop at the top of Providence Canyon. As I crossed the creek I thought I had hit a rock with left pedal. Not a big deal. Then my egg beater fell off. That was kind of a deal that ended my climb. I’ve grown so accustomed to Crank Brother’s eggbeaters that I don’t really want to change
Added back in a climb that I used to do all the time. Trying to make today someday. The ride – Paradise The bike – Time VRS Fluidity
Headed to Bear Lake to spend some time on the paddle board today. Gotta warm up the legs a bit to be ready to fight the wind. In preparation, the wind tried to kill me while riding my bike. The ride – Paradise The bike – Time VRS Fluidity
I love Millville Canyon. It is absolutely gorgeous and almost all in the trees which is great when for when the sun is cooking your hide. It’s also a non-stop uphill grind that was designed for e-bikes. After the grind there is an wonderful flowy descent. That is followed by the ride home along the Bonneville shoreline trail where you will face a constant uphill,
I woke up this morning and thought, “I would really like to beat my brains out against the rocks,” so the Bianchi and I headed to the Logan River trail. It’s so pretty and also covered in loose rock. Today there was lots of new and rather large rock and I wondered if I had missed an earthquake over the weekend. I ended the dirt
Just a quick visit to the canyon before we have to leave town. The ride – Providence Canyon The bike – Ibis Ripmo
Took the Bianchi out today to see how many missed shifts we could rack up together. The Bianchi upped the game by randomly shifting at inopportune moments. It was fun. The ride – Logan Canyon The bike – Bianchi Cavaria
A short mountain bike rides turns into a pre-ride fiasco when I attempt to change out the cleats on my shoes and spend an hour looking for an allen wrench. The ride – Providence Canyon The bike – Ibis Ripmo
Feeling slow but the call of the asphalt beckoned me on to the dam. The ride – Porcupine Dam The bike – Time VRS Fluidity
