The Time has been sitting in the garage, alone, for a long time. Today it was time for us to spend time together. If only a meeting hadn’t ended our time together we could have spent the day meandering country roads and climbing between mountains in the canyon. A early week conference and a weekend with my wife means this first week of June I have one chance to ride. I chose to spend it with the Ripmo in Providence Canyon. Millville Canyon tests both heart and legs with unrelenting up but the challenge rewards the determined with solitude and the calming zen of nature. Chilly morning and yellow leafs are giving hints that Fall is coming. It’s the perfect time of year for mountain biking. Also, I took back the not really that coveted Local Legend status.
