Found a group out of France to ride with this morning. They had cool black jerseys so it was fun. I finished another 30 minutes hanging out with in London. It’s a fun city. The rides – Zwift The bike – Trek Madone 6.9

Another group to ride with, the Herd, is a great option when you need some fellow rides to keep you I from riding lazy. I ended up riding on last bit for 30 minutes to get a picture. For some reason Zwift randomly doesn’t take one and then I don’t have one. The ride – Zwift The bike – Trek Madone 6.9
Riding with a group pushes you to do better than if you are just cruising along on your own. The 3R group on Zwift is a great group to join if you want to push harder and get better. At least I keep hoping all the sweat and pain will lead me to get better. The ride – Zwift The bike – Trek Madone 6.9

My numbers aren’t your numbers. That’s what Zwift teaches me every time I do one of these rides. I find group around me can output 2 Watt/kg and totally drop me when I do 3Watt/kg. Over time I’ve learned that it has to do with some amount of lag. In the real world you can respond when someone sprints or when you noticed you’ve fallen
