With wildfires burning out of control in California the air in the Western United States smells and tastes like a campfire. I’m getting old so I try to take it easy on my lungs these days which meant another day on the Trainer riding Zwift. The Makuri Islands look so pretty. I also tried a VO2 over under ride which I totally failed at. Sometimes the legs refuse to spin.
I’m looking forward to the day, hopefully soon, when the world is burning down around us.
