When I get on a light mountain bike I feel like I’m riding a rocket. My recent test of the Pivot Mach 4 SL reminded me of how fun a short travel, light mountain bike can be.
Then I get on the Bianchi and I remember what a light, rocket really feels like. Coming in at a svelte 16.5 pounds with a bit of wattage the Bianchi flies. It does not however handle actual flying very well. Without any suspension the landings are unpleasant.
