Short ride on Stage 8 and then climbing. Nice and slow on both. The ride – Zwift The bike – Trek Madone 6.9

Duchy in Yorkshire for a warmup and then on to Stage 8 of the Tour de Zwift. I’ll hit the longer one tomorrow. The ride – Zwift The bike – Trek Madone 6.9
No need for another Stage 7 ride so I did some climbing. I was up all night trying to get my daughter into an apartment in Germany and I don’t speak Deutsch. There might have been some naps taken on the bike. The ride – Zwift The bike – Trek Madone 6.9

Plenty of stops as I had other responsibilities. My knee started acting funny towards the end due to some left of issues from my last skiing adventure. It took forever but I finished. The ride – Zwift The bike – Trek Madone 6.9
Not enough time to finish the full ride so when the going got tough I bailed. The ride – Zwift The bike – Trek Madone 6.9
Warmed up in Scotland then tried to hold on while babying my knee. The ride – Zwift The bike – Trek Madone 6.9
